Frequently asked questions
What happens during a customer interview?
We help you prepare a structured interview guide, identify qualified prospects, and conduct conversations that reveal urgent problems, current workarounds, and existing spending. You participate in every interview so you hear the evidence firsthand.
What counts as a demand experiment?
A demand experiment is a small, time-bounded test — such as a landing page, payment link, manual service delivery, or prototype — designed to measure real interest rather than hypothetical feedback.
What if my idea doesn't validate?
That's a successful outcome. Discovering that an idea doesn't support demand before you invest in development saves significant time and money. We help you identify what you learned and what to test next.
Can I add more interviews or experiments later?
Yes. Additional interviews are $250 each and additional experiments are $750 each. You can also extend your program by $500 per week if you need more time for recruiting or iteration.
Do I need a product to start?
No. The program is designed for the pre-product stage. We use landing pages, manual services, spreadsheets, and payment links to test whether customers will pay — before you write any code.
